Who we are
Brickify My Home (ABN [ABN]) (“we”, “us”) runs brickifymyhome.com from Perth, Western Australia. We design custom brick models of homes and other buildings. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website, why, and what you can do about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact form: your name, email address, the topic and your message.
- Early-access sign-up: your email address, your postcode if you give it, and which product you were interested in.
- Shop checkout and order reservations: your name, email, phone number (optional), delivery address, the kit and options in your cart, its price and your shipping choice. We record this when you press Pay, even if you don’t go on to reserve the order.
- Plans, CAD files and photos of your home that you upload, with your name, email, optional phone number and postcode, the product you want and any notes. We also keep the messages we exchange about your project.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage information: the pages you visit, the buttons you click, the parts of the site you scroll to, and the steps you take in the shop (for example, adding a kit to your cart or starting checkout). We also record your browser type and your approximate country.
- Technical data needed to deliver the site securely, such as your IP address, which our hosting provider processes.
We never collect payment card details. Payments are not open yet.
How we use it
- To reply to your messages and questions.
- To tell you when kits, uploads or other features you asked about become available.
- To hold an order you reserve, send you a payment link when sales open, and deliver your kit.
- To design your model from the plans and photos you send, show it to you on your private project page, and email you about your project.
- To understand which products and prices people are interested in, and to improve the website.
- To keep the site secure and prevent misuse.
We only send marketing email about the products you signed up for, and every email lets you unsubscribe. We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. It sets cookies and collects usage information, including a pseudonymous identifier for your browser. We don’t send your name, email address or delivery address to Google Analytics. We keep Google Analytics data for 14 months. You can opt out with Google’s opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
The site also stores a few settings in your own browser: your light or dark theme, the contents of your cart, and a temporary session identifier for our own shop statistics. These stay on your device, and you can clear them at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
Overseas storage
Our service providers may store or process your information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where Cloudflare and Google operate. We choose providers that protect personal information to standards comparable to the Australian Privacy Principles.
How long we keep it
- Contact messages: for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry.
- Checkout details and reservations that don’t become an order: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Orders: for as long as tax and consumer law require (generally 5 years).
- Plans and photos you send: until your model is delivered, then deleted within 90 days unless you ask us to keep them for a future build.
- Early-access sign-ups: until you unsubscribe or we launch.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Your project page is only reachable with its private link, so keep that link to yourself. Access to customer information and uploaded files is limited to the people running Brickify My Home and protected by a password. No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you and do what the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. You can use most of the site without giving us any personal information.
Children
The site is intended for adults. Anyone under 18 should ask a parent or guardian to contact us or place an order for them.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as the service grows, for example when uploads and payments open. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we’ll tell people who have given us their email address.

For privacy questions or complaints, email [email protected]. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
